Like a Review Article
this is a Review Book
for the general public
i have noticed problems with the writing of popular science books
too much talking
too few points
bad humor
self centered
stories are too long
please highlight key points
______________
how i write it better
scientific studies and books
talk about credentials
i will talk very little about myself
headline
key points
help their memory
write the book that I would want to read
Vanessa and Selling Science books were pretty close
i will write the one book that is the best
many books are written about one point
should just be an journal article
combine the bests of all writing styles
you can interject your opinion
but the framework is science
try Not to mention s. cvy
most of the Science books do NOt
because he actually has No authority
he sold alot of books
but his book is indefensible
it's like the Book of Mrmn, the thoughts of one man
ha ha, it's the same format
a man thinks, and comes up with his own religion
back it up with Science
Historical figures like Winston Churchill and Abraham Lincoln
back it up with Expert Opinions from PhD and MDs in Academia
the Facts should stand on their own
make it like a manual
______________
regulate breathing
regulate speed
regulate parallel processing / multi tasking / switching
my issue is doing boring, painful things that I have to do
the key is the Flow / The Zone
verbalize the benefits
verbalize the goals
know this ~ you already have proven that you can produce at the highest level
you need to expand your repertoire
people skills, sales
sports, poker, stock
real life business
inertia good and bad
i am good in the middle
set up / clean up are my weak phases
boring things are my weak areas
therefore
attack it
set up
clean up
boring stuff
discipline
will power
start up
set up
initiation
clean-up
finish = actually re-finish
new finish line
assign
re-define the boundary
move the finish line
Zone / boring stuff
speed up, to max you can handle
parallel processing, two scanners
increase production makes you have a positive mindset
progress, production, positive
multi task - music
reading a book during the downtime during the cycle
rapid switching
reading a book is good,
because your mind keeps thinking as you scan
controlled deep breathing
background music
it must increase production
or at least be neutral
pick the right music
least distracting
music, no video
music, with video
how to handle challenges
positive mindset
deep breathing
speed

The Zone = FLOW
Flow can be achieved by balancing several variables.
The task has to be challenging to achieve flow.
I believe that we can enter The Zone state whenever we want.
I am experimenting with the method.
_______
When facing a stressful situation :
Controlled Deep Breathing.
Have a positive mindset, and view it as a challenge.
Try to slow down the process.
Focus on the job, and block out distractions.
Focus on doing the process, Not the result.
_______
When facing a boring task :
Speed things up.
Try to do it as fast as possible
with a time deadline to apply time pressure to yourself.
Controlled Deep Breathing.
If it's really boring . . .
Try playing background music.
Audio Book.
If it's boring and unchallenging,
it many actually help
to add a distraction like background music
