Flow State / Zone

Try to be in the Flow state for most of the day
Try to Flow every task

I think that Pace / Speed  is the  best way to enter Flow

Challenge, Skills

If a scenario causes Anxiety,
slow it down, controlled deep breathing,
Increase Skills

anything ~ what are the skills ?
then master the skills

People SKILLS

Sales, Selling, People, etc, everything

Goals

Time

Pace = Speed

Faster, Slower

Time Deadline

If the project is hard to put time deadline,
use goal based endpoint
and Pace

Efficiency

Mental State

Pace, Speed is the best way to control Flow state / Zone

If too difficult,
you get error, confusion, anxiety,
slow it down
